Question 1: How much do your recruitment services cost?

We offer two pricing models:

  • Flat-Fee Recruitment: From £2,495 per role - no percentages, no hidden extras.

  • Unlimited Recruitment Support: From £2,500 per month for 6 or 12 months - hire as many people as you like during that time.

Simple, upfront, and often saving our clients £10,000s compared to traditional recruitment agencies.

Question 2: What's the catch? Are there any extra costs?

There are no hidden costs, charges or fees. It is simple and transparent!

Question 3: What roles do you specialise in?

We’re specialists in IT, Telecoms, Sales, and Marketing roles - everything from entry-level to senior leadership. Whether it’s a techie in Nottingham or a sales director in Bristol, we’ve got you covered.

Question 4: What's included in your recruitment services?

Everything you need, really.

  • Job ad creation (branded or anonymous)

  • Job description writing or review

  • Advertising across leading platforms

  • Screening and 1st stage interviews

  • Candidate profiles + video intros via direct access to your company page in our CRM

  • Interview scheduling

  • Offer handling

  • Onboarding support

  • DEI and inclusive hiring guidance

  • Hiring process audit (for retainer clients)

We’re basically your in-house team… without the staff costs.

Question 5: What’s the difference between Flat-Fee and Unlimited Recruitment?

Flat-Fee is best for one-off or occasional hires - it’s a one-time cost per role.

Unlimited Recruitment is ideal if you’re growing fast or hiring regularly - for a set monthly fee, you get unlimited hires and full recruitment support for 6 or 12 months.

Question 6: How quickly can you start working with us?

We can usually hit the ground running within 24-48 hours. Once we’ve had a discovery call and agreed on the package, we’ll get straight to work.

Question 9: Do you cover all UK locations?

Yes - we support businesses across the UK, whether you’ve got one office or twenty. Our remote model means we’re flexible, fast, and can support multi-site hiring without breaking a sweat.

Question 10: Do you only work with tech companies?

Nope! While we’re really good at tech, telecoms, sales, and marketing roles, we’ve also helped clients hire admin, ops, finance, and more.

If it’s a good fit, we’ll tell you.

And if it’s not, we’ll be honest about that too.

Question 11: Can you support us with DEI, inclusive hiring, and onboarding neurodivergent staff?
