Blue Bull Recruitment was born in 2018 because the recruitment industry had its priorities wrong. Agencies blasting out CVs without reading them. Charging massive fees for candidates who lasted a fortnight. Ghosting both clients and candidates the second things got complicated. It wasn't good enough.
