We're based in Cheshire, right in the heart of the North West manufacturing corridor. Most of our roles are within commuting distance of the following areas, though we also recruit UK-wide for specialist positions.

What Happens After You Register

No mystery. No messing about. Here's exactly what happens when you send us your CV.

We read it. Sounds obvious, but plenty of agencies don't. We read every CV that comes in. If your skills match the type of roles we recruit for, we'll be in touch.

We call you. Not to grill you. Just to have a proper chat about what you're looking for. What roles interest you, what hours work, what salary you need, how far you're willing to travel, and what kind of workplace you want to be in. This takes about 15-20 minutes.

We match you. When a role comes in that fits your profile, we call you first. We talk you through the job, the company, the shifts, the pay and anything else you need to know. If you're interested, we put you forward. If you're not, no pressure. We wait for the right one.

We support you. If you get an interview, we prep you. If you get an offer, we help you with the details. Once you start, we check in with you during your first few weeks to make sure everything's going well. We're not just here to place you. We're here to make sure it sticks.

Q: Will you share my CV without asking me?

A: Never. We will always call you first to discuss the role and get your permission before sending your CV to any employer.

Q: I'm not actively looking right now. Should I still register?

A: Absolutely. If you register now, you'll be first in line when the right role comes up. Many of our best placements come from candidates who weren't actively job hunting but were open to the right opportunity.

Q: What if I don't hear back straight away?

A: If your skills match our current or upcoming vacancies, we'll be in touch. If not right now, we keep your details on file and will contact you when something suitable comes in. We won't forget about you.

Q: Do you only recruit for permanent roles?

A: We primarily focus on permanent placements, but we can sometimes help with temporary and contract positions too. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll be honest about what we can offer.
