Step 1: You tell us what you need. Not a 47-page job spec. Just a proper conversation about the role, your team, your targets, and what kind of person actually works in your business.
Step 2: We go and find them. Job boards, our network, LinkedIn, headhunting, word of mouth. We don't just wait for applications. We go looking.
Step 3: We screen them properly. We call them. We ask about their numbers, their activity, their bad weeks, their motivation. If they can't give us straight answers, they don't make the shortlist.
Step 4: You get a shortlist. Not 15 CVs. A handful of people who are genuinely worth your time. We brief you on each one honestly - strengths, concerns, the lot.
Step 5: We manage the process. Interviews, feedback, offers, start dates. We stay involved until they're in the seat and settled.
