unlimited hiring
from £4,000 / month
3-month minimum. Then rolling month-to-month. One month's notice if you want to stop. No per-placement fees on top.
If you're scaling a sales team or you've got regular turnover (and in sales, who hasn't?), paying per placement every time gets expensive fast.
This gives you unlimited recruitment support for one monthly fee. Unlimited roles. Unlimited candidates. No extra charges when we place someone. We become part of your hiring process.
After the first three months, it just rolls monthly. Want to stop? Give us a month's notice. No contracts. No penalties.

What actually happens
Step 1: You tell us what you need. Not a 47-page job spec. Just a proper conversation about the role, your team, your targets, and what kind of person actually works in your business.
Step 2: We go and find them. Job boards, our network, LinkedIn, headhunting, word of mouth. We don't just wait for applications. We go looking.
Step 3: We screen them properly. We call them. We ask about their numbers, their activity, their bad weeks, their motivation. If they can't give us straight answers, they don't make the shortlist.
Step 4: You get a shortlist. Not 15 CVs. A handful of people who are genuinely worth your time. We brief you on each one honestly - strengths, concerns, the lot.
Step 5: We manage the process. Interviews, feedback, offers, start dates. We stay involved until they're in the seat and settled.
